Delivery
Upon receiving the payment to the bank account, unless otherwise is specified in the offer or contract.

Conditions of Use
Warranty certificate issued upon delivery of goods , Kodeks d.o.o. ensures that the customer's request, the specified warranty period free of charge (in the authorized service center) will be removed defect and technical faults that occur during regular use of the product. The warranty begins on product purchase and is valid only with properly completed warranty card and original invoice of purchase. If the repair is not completed within 45 days, the product will be replaced by a new, and if the repair takes longer than 10 days, the warranty period is extended for that amount of days. Kodeks d.o.o. will provide the service and after the warranty period. Kodeks d.o.o. provides maintenance and the necessary spare parts for a period of 7 years. The warranty will not be recognized :

• if the product is not handled in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions for use
• if the product has been opened by unauthorized person
• if the buyer improperly or carelessly handled the product
• if damage has occurred due to improper use of additional equipment
• damage caused during the transport of goods after the takeover
• damage caused by incorrect installation
• mechanical damage including damage caused by the latch monitor cleaning with a sharp cloth or any liquid that contains alcohol or strong detergents
• damage caused with excessive voltage electricity

From the warranty are exempt wear parts that are subjected to constant wear (keyboard, mouse, etc.). The warranty on batteries is 12 months or LCD display with the defective pixels ("stuck on or stuck off") will be replaced within the warranty period if there are 6 or more defective pixels. The warranty does not cover software that comes with your computer. Kodeks d.o.o. is not responsible for stored data while working inside the computer. Replaced parts become the property of the Kodeks d.o.o.
